Photo/Video/Media Release: We love to create a short documentary of our year together, include some photos and videos of recent shows on our site and on a youtube channel, and update our website with current photos and video footage. We also like to continue to promote the Garden Players musicals to others schools and youth theaters through Beat by Beat Press (www.bbbpress.com). We occasionally may want to use some images or short video clips from our classes, rehearsals, Sharing Day, Concert, and show in May to help promote the show and give others a sense of the class and our original musical. We would like you to indicate below what uses of images of your child you are willing to consent to. In all cases, by being a part of this program you are agreeing to allow us to share unlisted photos or videos from class, from rehearsals, and from the shows with other Garden Players families so that everyone can enjoy seeing their child in action. *

I CONSENT to having images and video of my child(ren) be used by Garden Players in print, online and public presentations. I expressly release the Garden Players from any claim arising from such use or distribution. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

I DO NOT CONSENT to having any images or video of my children used except in an unlisted manner with parents. (Choosing this option may require us to move your actor to the back row, the side of the stage, into another cast, or find another solution, since we plan to use one full cast video for show and GP promo.)
