COVID-19 Face Mask Request Form
TransPride Pgh. the Pittsburgh Equality Center, and Pittsburgh Lesbian Correspondents blog are teaming up to make sure all members of our trans, GNC, nonbinary, and queer communities in the Pittsburgh region have access to face masks we are now asked to wear when we are in public or leave the home.

We know that it is important to have safe and affirming resources, especially in times of crisis. Working together we hope to connect folx who need masks with folx willing to donate/make them.

We will do our best to honor all requests, but it will depend on supply.

If you can afford to donate in any amount to keep this project going, click here:

Please tell us anything we need to know to deliver your masks, especially if you don't have a house number showing, e.g. "Yellow brick house with green shutters," or "leave baggie as close to front door as possible," or "entrance around right side of house, red door."  If you can't provide an address for drop-off or mailing, please explain here. Note: drop-offs are always no-contact--if you want notification of delivery, say that here and we can text or email after drop-off (volunteers cannot physically hand you your masks).
Can you provide a phone number (for text after delivery or in case of delivery issue)? We ise email for general communication. *
We plan to distribute new masks every month. Please check here if you do NOT want to receive additional masks every month. (If you do take monthly deliveries, but you wish to stop receiving masks at some point, please email PghMasQUeProjecT@gmail.com)
