Application for Replacement of Diploma
The Office of the Registrar will close from 12-23-24 until 1-2-25 for the holidays. All expedited and emergency diploma order processing will resume January 2, 2025.

Once the form is completed, you will be sent a payment link in 45-60 days. We do not automatically provide a link to pay the replacement fee ($60 for regular degrees, $75 for Law/Optometry) because the replacement request must be verified against the record to prevent charging for diplomas that were never earned. This is a manual process and takes time. If you have any questions or deadlines, please contact diplomas@berkeley.edu
