The Edmonton International Cat Festival is seeking applications from Edmonton area cat rescues who would like to be considered as donation recipients for our 2022 virtual fundraising festival taking place on May 28 & 29.

ABOUT THE CAT FESTIVAL:

The Edmonton International Cat Festival is the only festival of its kind in Alberta, and was the first festival of its kind in Canada when it began in 2014. The Cat Fest brings together cat lovers to celebrate cats and cat culture, while raising money and awareness for cat rescues! 100% of proceeds from the festival is donated to rescues.

Since 2014, the festival has raised $126,000 for local rescues. Pre-pandemic, in-person events saw up to 3,000 cat loving purrticipants! Since 2020, Cat Fest has been virtual, but hopes to return to an in-person event in 2023.
