If you would like a diploma cover shipped to you please submit the below request. Once your request has been submitted, please allow up to 3 weeks for domestic shipping and 3 months for international shipping to receive your diploma cover.

FOR THOSE WHO DO PLAN ON WALKING IN A FUTURE IN-PERSON CEREMONY:
You will receive your diploma cover at the ceremony. Do NOT submit a request here.

PhD Graduates:
To request your diploma cover, email commence@asu.edu and include your fill name, mailing address, and ASU ID number. Do NOT complete this form.

Regarding your DIPLOMA, please contact the registrar's office for status updates at graduation@asu.edu

HAITC Program Students: If you are a student enrolled in our HAITC Program, do not request a diploma cover. Your covers will be shipped to you automatically at the conclusion of the HNU semester along with your ASU diploma.
