16-19 Tuition Fund
This tuition fund is a government initiative to mitigate the disruption to learning that occurred as a result of COVID-19. The funding is being provided to support small group tuition for 16 to 19 year-old students in English, Maths, and other courses where learning has been disrupted.

Although the tuition sessions do not need to be limited to GCSE English or Maths (and can cover a wide range of topics), in order to be eligible for the tuition, students must be aged between 16-19 on a full time study programme and have not yet achieved a grade 4 or above in one of these subjects.

Priority will be given to: learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND); learners of black, Asian and minority ethnicity (BAME); or learners who have otherwise had their learning impacted.
