WHAT: the MYPI Mental Wellness Program is excited to offer our community a special opportunity for youth and families to join our LPCC Wejdan Felmban to an interactive session on "Understanding Window of Tolerance in the Sand"

With the support of Sister Wejdan you will get an opportunity to:

Make a picture of our inner world in Sand:

Sun 7/9 : Connecting to our nervous system & emotional safety in sand for a group/family.
Sun 7/16: Regulation of body in sand & window of tolerance when sad or mad.

WHEN: from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

WHERE: Masjid Abu Bakr | 2071 S Parker Rd, Denver, CO 80231

through these sessions, our goal is to support our community by

Providing ACCESS to clinical knowledge & support
Building TRUST between providers and muslim community and the masjid
EMPOWERMENT to families and youth
