The NSFA's Introduction to Coaching Online Workshop is designed to up skill coaches by providing them with valuable coaching knowledge and practical behaviours to implement when coaching grassroots football players.

The Online workshop covers the following areas:
- Why we coach
- Characteristics of a great coach
- Managing your players
- Training Environment
- Session Delivery
- Coaching Behaviours
- Match Day Approach

The content is delivered in an interactive format with participants engaging in group discussions and scenario based questions.

Post Workshop, all participants will be provided with valuable resources to assist them along their coaching journey.
