This job fair is a joint effort by numerous organizations affiliated with the Supported Employment Collective of Nova Scotia. The New Leaf Reverse Job Fair is an inclusive event that supports Nova Scotians who identify as having a disability by giving them the opportunity to meet with potential employers. The Job Seeker has a booth at the Reverse Job Fair to showcase their skills and participate in casual interviews. The inclusive employer can engage multiple qualified candidates regarding potential job opportunities.
