Payment - I will submit the following payment. (Payment may be made online at this link or by sending your check payable to CSP and mail to: CSP, PO Box 513, Bristol, RI 02809). *

$150.00 (I have my own instrument)

$190 (Lesson fee with $40 instrument fee - I will use a CSP instrument)

Adults who do not own their own instrument may also rent from an outside source. See our website for details

Donation - I would like to make a donation to CSP. Donations may be made through our website at www.communitystringproject.org or adding your donation amount to your registration fee with a note in the memo section. (Thank you)
