With the gentle movements of Tai Chi Chuan you learn to stay in the present. This will open up a great source of energy. The exercises help to become aware of your body´s tension and posture, your breathing and mental state.
You will learn to relax deeply, reduce stress and therefore feel more comfortable in everyday life. I place special emphasis on correct posture, relaxed breathing, and proper concentration.
This club will usually be held outdoors (weather permitting) in the MPR Land Garden/ Playground.
Basic Beginners Japanese Language Class
With Endo Sensei (tomoko.endo@dskobe.org)
Tuesday 9:00- 10:00
Price: ￥22000/ term
This is a beginner class of 0 level.
This class will start from " ( A ) is ( B ) ~" sentence.
If you are interested in learning the Japanese language, join us.
If you can read hiragana, it helps, but do not worry if you haven't mastered them yet.
Hiragana and Romaji (alphabetical Japanese) will be used in the lessons.
Advanced Beginners Japanese Language Class
With Endo Sensei (tomoko.endo@dskobe.org)
Time: Thursday 9:00-10:00 (same as last year)
Price: ￥22000/ term
This is an advanced beginner class, not a 0 level beginner.
For people who can:
-read and write hiragana / katakana
-recognize some basic kanji
-know te-form, nai-form of verbs
-know basic adjectives and negative, past and past-negative of them
Running and Fitness Club

Description :
A workout split between running and fitness exercises. No matter your current level of fitness, everything will be adapted to allow you to improve both your form, endurance and running pace, whatever your personal goal.
From 8:40 am (after dropping kids off at school) to 9:45 am.
Days : Wednesdays (or other day of the week as agreed upon by participants (minimum 2 participants)
Club Fee: 22000yen/ term

On-site group learning at DSKI school (min.4 people):
Wednesday 14:25/ 15:25 (22 000 yen per term, 1 hour per week)
The level and the course depend on the level of those who signed up.
It can be:
Speaking Club: trips and adventures, cultures, events, memories, experience. It’s more a friendly talk than a lesson,
General English: speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar,
Speaking/ Listening/ Reading (based on literature).

Other options are available all year round (learning options, time, day, online, on-site. Payment is for a 1 month block):
a 4 person online group - 1,870 yen per person/ per 1 hour. Can be adjusted if the group is smaller.
individual online (1-2 people) - 3,520 yen per person/ per 1 hour.
on-site individual (Rokko Island, 1-2 people) - 5,170 yen per person/ per 1 hour.
