When developing an artistic, collaborative project that will create positive change, how do you begin? *

I make a plan on my own, and then present it to possible collaborators to see who would like to be part of the project.

I set some goals and parameters for the project, and then invite people from communities that are most impacted, and ask for their help in designing a project so it meets their needs.

I make sure that collaborators are involved every step of the way, from initial idea generation to project completion.
