More information:

In this blended intensive program we will talk about the difficulties of changing behavior and your role as a Physical activity and lifestyle or health professional. We will have guest speakers from six European countries from our Physical activity and lifestyle network to lecture about topics related to changing behavior and lifestyle factors as physical activity, stress reduction and nutrition.

In the group work you will be working on a case study together and are asked to come up with an intervention plan for someone with a chronic disease.
The whole course is rewarded by 5 ECTS. If you attend the online part only, you will be rewarded by 3 ECTS.

Start of the online program: Tuesday 14th of March until 18th of April

Intensive program week in Brno, Czech Republic: 24th - 28th of April

If you actively participate in each of the sessions online, the intensive week and present the group work you will receive a certificate. You will have to bring this to your own institution to receive credits for the module.
