Hybrid Event -- You may attend live online or in person in Portland, Oregon.
For GRADUATES of an 8-week MBSR (or other MB) class: Refresh or re-start your practice with a day of mindfulness! All graduates of previous MBSR / MBCT classes are welcome, whether you took your class with River Rock Mindfulness or elsewhere.
We will meet from 10am-5pm (Pacific time) on Saturday, May 20, online through Zoom and in person at our North Portland location. Have a lunch ready, as well as a mat and any sitting supplies you like if you are attending at home. Bring a lunch if you are attending in person (mats and sitting supplies are provided for in-person attendees).
If you attend in person, please do a COVID-19 rapid
test on the day of the retreat before arrival and stay home if you test positive (or have had a recent known exposure, or have current symptoms). Masking is encouraged and
may be required by the host location, depending on public health conditions at the time.
You will receive an email in advance of the retreat - it will contain all the details you need, including the Zoom link for the online event and the in-person location if that is the option you choose.
