St. Hilary's Market Events - 2023 Vendor Application
LOCATION: St. Hilary's Episcopal Church | 11305 Hesperia Rd, Hesperia, CA 92345 | (760) 244-6444

EVENT DATE: March 4, 2023, Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm
APPLICATION: I request permission to sell products and agree to pay the $50.00 fee (Non-refundable) which will be charged before the event.

Application Steps:
1. Fill out Application (this Google Form)
2. Sign Contract - An email PDF will be sent to Vendors
3. Provide Insurance - Provide insurance certificate and add St. Hilary's Church as "Additionally insured".  
4. Pay a $50.00 fee in advance, the PAYPAL link is provided at the end of this application. 
5. Email company logo for church marketing initiatives (must be submitted by Feb. 20, 2023)
6. Provide a your food MENU (food vendors only)
7. Event preparation from 6 am to 8:30 am on the morning of March 4, 2023.

FAQ: 
1. Booth spaces (non food vendors) 10'x10'
2. Bring your own table and easy up as needed
3. Please bring your own power source
