Usually clients come to me feeling
stuck. They mentally know what they need to do but aren't clear on
how to take the next steps, often finding themselves in a state of ambivalence. Perhaps this is you - ready for some accountability and support in finally making those behaviour changes you've been wanting to for so long? My job, as an accredited health coach, is to guide and coach you through this change, acting as your accountability buddy and cheerleader to ensure these changes truly stick and become your new norm.
Who do I work with? I work with teenage girls and women who are ready to explore and adopt healthy lifestyle shifts for optimal wellbeing. Through evidence based coaching techniques, we dig deep to the root cause and explore the WHY of the WHY to create long-lasting transformation.
