Final Transcript Request, Senior Survey and Scholarships
Hello Class of 2024 and congratulations on your impending high school graduation!  Please take 5 minutes to accurately complete and submit this form no later than May 31, 2024.  Why are we asking for this information?

TRANSCRIPTS: Colleges will require your final transcript in order for you to register for classes next school year.  

SENIOR SURVEY: In an effort to support our senior students during the last month of school, we need to collect some data about your future plans.  Please note that all of the information is valuable and allows us to better serve the class of 2024 as well as all other Wilson High School graduating classes to follow.  

SCHOLARSHIPS:  Please list all scholarships that you have accepted.  We will post the listing of scholarships on the Wilson website after graduation.
