Thank you for your interest in a group tour with the University of South Alabama! We are so excited to get you and your students on campus, and have a few things to cover as you complete our group tour request form.
Scheduling is based on availability and on a first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, and are happy to discuss any questions or concerns you have about your group tour request.
• Scheduling your visit may take up to 7 business days to complete. If you have questions, or need confirmation earlier than specified, please indicate that in the comments sections at the end of the form.
• Our group tours are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Group tours are classified as 10+ students per group or organization, and each group tour must have one chaperone per 10-15 students.*
*If your group or organization is planning to bring more than 80+ students, please know that your request could take longer than a week to review and complete depending on availability and requests. A representative from our office will give you a call about your request and will plan accordingly. • Our tour guide will board your transportation for the tour.

*USA staff will board the group transportation provided by your group to conduct the tour, and must have the appropriate permission documented from the party in charge of the transportation system to do so. Tour guides are not permitted to board personal vehicles,. Please make sure that your driver is prepared to receive directions and guidance from the tour guide as they are not permitted to drive any transportation utilized for a group tour. If your group does not provide suitable transportation, a seat for the tour guide, or permission for the tour guide to board the vehicle, the Office of Prospective Student Programs and New Student Orientation reserves the right to modify or cancel the group tour scheduled depending on circumstances left to the discretion of our office.
