Local governments have changed their operations and workforce to address the rapidly evolving COVID-19 outbreak and related state and federally issued guidelines and directives. As a result, finances are tightening and the public is closely monitoring these changes.

The Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities (CGMC) is conducting this survey to better understand the economic and operational changes that local governments have made and intend to make to address the COVID-19 outbreak and its impacts. We plan to use the findings to advise cities on dealing with this pandemic.
