Civics Assignment Research
The purpose of this research is to collect data for our microbiology class.
We are interested in learning about the general public's attitudes towards public drinking water fountains.  
The following survey contains questions related to demographics, perceptions about public drinking fountains, and behavior.
While some of the questions in this survey ask personal information, please know that all responses are anonymous.
The survey contains a total of 22 questions and should take 10 minutes to complete.
There is no compensation for the completion of this survey, but we really appreciate your participation!

*Please note: when we are asking questions about public drinking water fountains, we are referring to the traditional/standard water fountains (ie the ones with a mouthpiece), not water fountains with water bottle refill stations.
