Cosplay Mannequin Display Application 2024
Sign up here to express interest in displaying your costumes for this year's theme "Nostalgia" 

Conditions:
- You must be available on Friday 19th July (the day before SMASH!) between 3:00pm until 7:00pm to set up your cosplay.
- Your cosplay will need to remain on display until the convention closes on Sunday 21st of July. Display sign out and pick-up is from 6:00pm until 7:00pm on Sunday.
- Your Cosplay will be behind barricades and a ‘No Touch’ policy will apply.
- The venue is monitored by security and will be locked down after every day.
- Neither SMASH! nor the venue will hold responsibility for any possible damage to your Cosplay.
- Successful applicants will receive a complimentary weekend pass.
