Comics Workshop with Marek Bennett, 2/17 & 2/24, 4:30-5:30PM
You are registering to to attend the Comics Workshop with Marek Bennett. This is a two part, hybrid program occurring in-person at both Dorothy Alling Memorial Library and Brownell Library or virtually on Friday, February 17 and Friday, February 24th from 4:30-5:30pm. Marek will present some of the many comics documenting human migrations & struggles throughout the ages, and lead a hands-on demo to show how YOU can cartoon the stories of your own family, neighborhood, and wider world. This program is recommended for older children and teens; adults are also welcome! The Zoom link will be emailed a few days before the program.

This program is part of our 2023 Vermont Reads Series about The Most Costly Journey.  You do not have to read the comic to participate, but copies are available at each library.
