Please read:
- Guest curations are open to those who work in podcasting or the nonprofit field.
- You do not have to be an expert on the theme you are curating about, but ideally it's a theme for which you have 1 podcast episode you've worked on or your organization does active work related to.
- Interviews are limited to those who work in podcasting.
- You are welcome to request both options, if in podcasting. However, if looking to prioritize, an interview if you are working on a new show or limited series and a curation if you have a show that's not active or non-limited series.
- There is a place on the form for you to flag upcoming show launches, events or relevant holidays / cultural moments to help with scheduling. While not 100% guaranteed you can have the nearest scheduled slot, it will increase chances.
- If a guest curation or interview is not for you right now, you are always welcome to check out the Episode Pitch Form to see which of the upcoming themes your content would be a fit for.
- I may not be able to do every guest curation or interview request. There are two interview and two guest curation slots available per month.
Two more things:
I am so excited to feature creators and nonprofit workers making a positive impact. However, please be aware that curations should mostly be about amplifying other creators and the social issue you are speaking about. You are therefore expected to only submit 1 episode from your show or organization. Also only 1 CTA can be self-promotional (a product or service you offer) and it should be relevant to the curation.
Ultimately, this newsletter is free but I could use financial support to sustain this work. If you want to feature your work more prominently,
consider advertising with the newsletter.
More information is available at the end of the form about a discount you can receive for your submission.
