COTC Building Use Request
Please complete this document to request the use of space at COTC. 

A few things to note:
-This is a request and not a guarantee. 
-In most cases, we cannot accommodate groups that are over 200 people. 
-For groups of 50 or more, you must use our facilities team, and booking is based on their availability. 
- Events must end by 9 p.m., and cleanup must be completed by 10 p.m. 
- If you need A/V, you are required to use our A/V techs, and booking is based on their availability. 
-We will follow up within 7 business days of receiving your request. 
- Alcohol is not permitted

Also, please note that the sanctuary can not be set up for banquet-type events with tables and chairs around them.
