「ITO Review Committee」Application
Mask Network will initiate an ITO Review Committee to conduct a preliminary review process for every project that applies for an ITO. Each round of the ITO Review Committee will be composed of three parts: users by application, active Mask community members, and personals from relevant organizations with professional backgrounds, with 11 members per round, and the term is extended from the previous 15 days to 30 days.

While still in the term, Committee members could freely withdraw from the Committee. meanwhile, members of the committee who failed to fulfill the duty could be disqualified from the Committee. Mask Network will add nominees if there are any vacancies.

You can apply by filling out the application form if you meet any 1 of the following criteria:
- Users who hold at least 1000 $MASK.
- Have participated in at least 2 Mask Networks contract interactions, including ITO participation, red packet claims, NFT auctions, etc.
- Have posted at least 3 crypto tweets using the Mask Network plug-in feature before May 30, 2021.
