RLL: Hometown BBQ Cook-Off
The contest will take place on Opening Day (March 19th 2022) MUST REGISTER BY MARCH 13TH!!

Rules:
* Can be smoked in a traditional or pellet smoker.
* Must be checked in for judging at the concession stand on Saturday March 19th by 10:30 am.
* Contestants must supply all needed equipment and supplies.
* All entries will be donated to Robinson Little League upon submission for judging.


Brisket/ Ribs entries will be judged on:
* Visual appeal
* Texture
* Moisture
* Tenderness
* Aroma
* Taste

Brisket & Ribs:
1st place wins 20% of total entry fees and hometown cook yard sign
2nd place wins 15% of entry fees
3rd place wins 10% of entry fees

Cookies:
1st Place 20 of total entry fees

Entry fees are:
$100 per team/brisket
$50 2 rack of ribs (you choose the cut: Spare, St. Louis, or Baby Back)
$10 Bakers dozen sheet of Cookies

We will operate largely on an honor system:
Brisket can be cooked at home and brought to the little league field, upon check in with your entry we need to see the following:
* a picture with you and your uncooked entry
* a picture with you and your smoker
* a picture with you and your cooked entry
