*Anyone who registers must have already completed one of the Racial Affinity Kickoff workshops in December, May or July.*

Year Long Course Outcomes
Participants will:
- Continue receiving support for launching racial affinity groups in their context by experiencing the work together;
- Continue reviewing readings, research, and other resources in racial affinity to support your ongoing racial equity journey;
- Continue learning how to troubleshoot common pitfalls and dilemmas that go along with supporting racial affinity work;
- Continue examining the relationship between racial identity, student outcomes, and school transformation; and
- Continue planning how to support racial affinity spaces in their context.

WORKSHOP DETAILS:
Dates/Times: August 2021 through May 2022

*4th Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00 PT (**To accommodate for school/district winter break schedules, the November class will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 16th and the December class will be held on Tuesday, December 14th.)

*Cost - $750/participant and $600/participant for teams of 5 or more
*SPECIAL 50% DISCOUNT FOR any individuals and teams who participated in the 5 month 2021 Cohort I Course ($375/participant OR $300 for teams of 5 or more).
