Demo Request Form

Use this form to request a demo in advance of the time you need the demo. You may request to have the demo delivered to or picked up from you classroom if a demo room staff member is available.

You may also borrow demos "on the fly" at the start of your class and sign them out on the paper form in the demo room but submitting this form in advance guarantees the demo will be available and the demo room staff can set aside all the equipment in advance of your class.
