Spring 2024 Class helpers needed! Learn how to be an OLLI class volunteer and how to make all your OLLI classes better. Training and mentorship will be provided. From monitoring the chat box to logging into the Zoom account, there are many levels from easy-peasy to slightly more complex. IN PERSON Classes also may need helpers. All are needed!

For online classes, I am willing to help with *

Admitting fellow members into a Zoom meeting

monitoring the chat box

muting participants

assisting instructor with screen sharing tips

logging in to one of the OLLI Zoom accounts and start the meeting

For in person classes, I am willing to help with: *

room set up (moving chairs or tables)

room clean up (putting furniture in original location, wiping tables if appropriate)

Any of the above, as needed.

helping with class sign-in sheets

assisting instructor with tech issues if necessary
