Application Form to join The Little Craft Shack Arts & Crafts Village @ the 2024 Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival
This fantastic family festival returns for its 9th year, over the second weekend in June 2023.

DATES
Saturday 8th June 2024    10am - 5pm
Sunday 9th June 2024      10am - 4pm

Following the phenomenal success of the 2023 festival, The Little Craft Shack are excited to be curating the Arts & Crafts Village on The Green at the 2024 Highcliffe Food & Arts Festival once again.
As with last years festival, our 2024 Arts & Crafts Village will be GAZEBO ONLY.

We invite Makers of Handmade, Designers & Artists to apply by filling in this form (Food Traders do not use this form)
Completion of this form does NOT mean you have a place but will be the initial phase of our selection process.
We expect there to be a high volume of applications again and always have far more more applications than there are pitches.
The cost for the weekend is £170 (GAZEBO ONLY - supplied by yourself) Please ensure your Gazebo is a sturdy, trading Gazebo that is appropriate for all weathers, including wind.

ALL applications will go through a selection process in January 2024 and we will confirm successful festival pitches by the end of February.
Why do we curate the Arts & Crafts?
- to keep quality high for the festival
- to ensure we do not have too many traders offering similar gifts
- to give those selected a greater opportunity of having a successful day

The DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS is January 31st 2024
We will wait until all applications are in before we start our selection process.
We will contact successful applicants to let them know in February 2024 - at which time, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your pitch.

The whole festival runs along Highcliffe High Street and onto the Recreation Ground (The Green).
On The Green, "The Little Craft Shack Arts and Crafts Village" will be a huge attraction. Additionally, on The Green, there will be food stalls, a Chef Demo theatre, a music stage, children's entertainment and more.
The Arts & Crafts Village will solely include makers of HANDMADE gifts from some of the finest local creatives.
We believe that the 2024 festival will be a huge draw for thousands of visitors to come and enjoy

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM BY 31ST JANUARY 2024
Applications received after this date will not be in the Selection Process.
