Community Support Ambassador Application
We are seeking volunteers to join our team of community support ambassadors. Community support ambassadors are responsible for moderating and providing support to visitors to our social media platforms. Our role as Community Support Ambassadors is similar to that of a concierge, not to be the expert but to navigate visitors to the experts by offering compassionate responses to questions and comments and by encouraging people to read other related articles. You will have support from two experienced Community Professionals and be asked to attend a brief meeting online every two weeks. Full training is provided enabling you to use your knowledge of migraine to make a real difference to other people living with this disease.
