1. The Mentoring Scheme will predominantly run online unless the mentee and mentors decide to include face to face meetings as part of the mentoring relationship.
2. The webinars for the mentees associated with the programme will be delivered virtually from May - December 2025. The mentorship programme will run concurrently with these.
3. We will keep you updated if we make any adaptations to the programme.
4. You can apply to become a Volunteer Mentor as a qualified GMC registered doctor who is currently working in the NHS.
5. As a Mentor, you will be required to do the following:
- Attend on-boarding sessions, meetings and events that are relevant to your role
- Submit feedback on the programme and the individual mentoring sessions.
6. You can choose to be involved in Mentoring programme for just one year, or more. We welcome continuity and prioritise returning volunteers.
7. Selection of Mentors will be done via shortlist from application forms, followed by interviews at mutually agreed times
if needed.

9. This is an unpaid voluntary role, including attendance at all training and mentoring sessions.
