This form is an opportunity to let Bethel Pastors know that you or your child are interested in being baptized. Please fill out this form and one of Bethel's Pastors will be in touch.

*We will do our best to honor your request for officiating pastor however the availability of the pastor may be dependent upon the season or needs of the timeframe or Worship Service you requested.

*The dates and times available for baptisms varies depending upon availability of the pastors and the season of the church as well as what is happening during the worship service that day. The officiating pastor will confirm dates and times with you. Please wait to hear from them for confirmation.

Also, please send a picture of the individual to be baptized to the Bethel Office by email (office@bethellutheran.church) at least one week before the baptism. We will put the picture on the screen on the Sunday of the Baptism so that we can make people aware of the baptism and ask for prayer for the child (if applicable) and you as a parent.
