In consideration of the Northwestern Lehigh Educational Foundation(NWLEF) sponsoring a clay shooting event at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays(LVSC) and in consideration of my participation in clay shooting and other related activities (the “Sport”); I agree as follows:

I fully understand and acknowledge that:
there are risks and dangers in my use of Sport equipment and my participation in the Sport;
My participation in the Sport, use of Sport equipment and/or presence at LVSC’s facilities may result in damage to or loss of personal property, personal injury, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability;
These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the shareholders, officers, directors, volunteers, employees or agents of NWLEF and/or LVSC, assume that all risks and dangers and all negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, forces of nature or other causes, and that risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes, and;
I, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns, assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages which result from my participation in the Sport or presence in or in attendance of this NWLEF sponsored event at LVSC’s facilities;
WE RECOMMEND TAKING INSTRUCTION OR GUIDES FOR ALL FIRST TIME AND BEGINNER SHOOTERS;
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE COUSE RULES AND POLICIES

I, for myself, my spouse, family, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns hereby release, waive, discharge NWLEF and its officers, shareholders, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releases”) from any and all claims, actions or losses for injuries, property damage, death, loss of services and other, arising out of my participation in the Sport or presence in or on LVSC’s facilities, whether due to the fault or negligence of Releases, circumstances beyond Releases’ control, or other.

That this Release and Waiver contains the entire agreement between NWLEF and me. The terms of this Release and Waiver are contractual and not a mere recital.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER, AND THE COURSE RULES AND BY SIGNING IT AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO RELIEVE NWLEF FROM LIAIBILITY FOR INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE AND OR ANY OTHER CAUSES. I ALSO UNDERSTAND AND WILL FOLLOW THE SPORT RULES, GUIDELINES AND RULES THAT MAY BE POSTED AROUND THE COURSE AND AT THE EVENT AS IMPOSED BY NWLEF AND LVSC.
