2022 Art & Garden Teacher Treasures, Classes, & Other Input
Please join us in planning our 2022 Art & Garden Celebration, which will take place on Saturday, 4/30/22!

Typically, this event is a very well-attended fun day for our community. The day consists of a Fun Run, food sales (this year, we have contracted with several food trucks), indoor and outdoor games, crafts, inflatables, a silent auction, a plant sale, some student classes/sessions, and many more fun and fundraising initiatives.

We are currently planning this event as an in-person event, like in years past. Visit our website at www.mypespto.com for more information about the day's events.

We would love to offer some Teacher Treasures and we also invite you to host a fun class on the day of Art & Garden, which students can attend either inside or outside of school on 4/30/22. A large portion of whatever you sell will go right back to your class! We would also like your input on a few topics. See the bottom of this form for those questions.

TEACHER TREASURES
You are welcome to submit one or more treasures to be offered to families to bid on or raffle on 4/30/21. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Teacher assistant for a day or teacher for a morning/afternoon/class
- Breakfast out with your teacher/ favorite staff member
- Pizza lunch with your teacher/staff member and (certain number of) friends
- Ice cream party (or frozen yogurt) with your teacher/staff member and (certain number of) friends
- Art activity at recess with your teacher/staff member
- a play date at the park

If you are offering a Teacher Treasure, please note the number of attendees (i.e., winner and one friend, or winner and two friends...)

4/30/22 CLASS SESSSIONS
Do you have a favorite hobby that you can share with the community? Do you have a secret talent or just want to share more about your passion? Well, this is your day! We will make a schedule and share it with our families, and we will handle any registration needed.

Do you want to host something that requires supplies? The PTO can sell kits for your event (i.e., an art kit with a canvas and paints, a slime making kit, baking kit, gardening kit, an escape room kit, a build-a-bear kit, whatever you want!)

Ideas for class sessions can be any of the following, but are not limited to:
- a workout class
- a dance class
- an art class
- a STEM session
- a slime making class
- a magic show
- a gardening class
- a dance party
- a meditation class
- a Nailed It competition or a regular cooking class
- a "Minute to Win It" game session
- a coding class
- an animal lovers club (show off your fave pets and allow students to show theirs as well)
- a book club (have students read a book and come prepared to discuss)
- a builder's club (choose a project like a bird house, we sell, and you all put together online)

The possibilities are endless, so feel free to be creative! We hope to offer these in-person; however, we are definitely open to Zoom possibilities if you are more comfortable with that. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at pespto@ucfsd.net

Once we collect these offerings, we will create a larger schedule of events for this amazing day, which kicks off with the Fun Run at 10AM.

Required
What is your Teacher Treasure(s) (if applicable)? How many students may attend?
What is your day-of activity (if applicable)? Do you have a preferred time that day (11AM-4PM)? Do you have a number that you would like to cap this session at?
Would you like to sell supplies for your day-of activity or class? If yes, please list what you would like us to sell. The PTO is happy to buy these supplies and put together any "kits" you may need.
We are in the process of evaluating our bidding proces for Teacher Treasures. Do you think that these items are better offered via a Silent Auction (the highest bidder wins) or a Raffle (people can buy raffles for a chance to win this item)?
Clear selection
If you answered "Other Way," please explain your answer below:
Do you have any input on the next project or projects that the PTO should fund? We are in the process of looking at what we fund and potential need in other areas. If you have any input on new funding initiatives, please elaborate here:
Do you have any planning suggestions for our Art & Garden Celebration? Activites that we should run? Sugestions for auction/raffle items? What you think works well? Doesn't work well?
