Welcome to the Midwoofery Affiliate Program! This is a pilot program and we appreciate any feedback you have!

The program offers a 10% commission for course referrals with a 30-day cookie for the page they landed on. Each person is entered manually into the system, so please complete this form so we can do that.

Payment is manual, so I'll be doing that quarterly. Commissions will be paid for any balance over $50 and rolled over to the next quarter for any cumulative commissions under $50. Full terms and insane lawyer speak are included in the form below. Please read and agree to them if you would like to join the program.
