Seated Tai Chi Spring/Summer
Seated Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that improves balance, reduces fall risks, and improves posture which leads to an overall improvement in health and wellness. It consists of making slow, graceful movements while breathing deeply while in a seated position on a chair.

This is a 12-week in-person class that runs from May 20 to July 29. Classes are on Fridays from 1pm to 2pm.

No class on June 17 or July 1 (Canada Day).

For returning registrants, new material will be taught - but beginners are just as welcome! Instructor Ken Chui will go at a pace appropriate for each individual registrant!
