Registration: Europe’s Security Engagement in the Indo-Pacific: Trends and Prospects
This is the registration form for the upcoming GraSPP Research Seminar hosted by Professor Roberto Orsi of GraSPP.

Is the EU raising its political and security profile in the Indo-Pacific, including in East Asia and the Pacific Islands, solely because of China’s assertiveness or out of necessity given the hard realities of US–China strategic competition, as often posited?
Dr. Giulio Pugliese, a lecturer at Oxford University, and a part-time professor at European University Institute, will make a presentation about Europe's security engagement in the Indo-Pacific region based on his recent work, "The European Union’s Security Intervention in the Indo-Pacific: Between Multilateralism and Mercantile Interests".
Followed by the presentation, Professor Akio Takahara of GraSPP will make some observations.
The seminar will be moderated by Professor Roberto Orsi of GraSPP.
