Summer Reading Program Registration Form

You can read books that you have at home or you can schedule an appointment to come in and check out books from the library. We will also continue having curbside pick-up through the summer and you can call the library to have books checked out to you that you can come pick up. Once you're registered you can start reading and logging time to earn beads for your brag tag necklaces. We have two ways that you can log your reading time. We will have paper reading logs that can be picked up in the library lobby and we will have a reading log link for a Google Form that we can email out to you weekly. If you choose the Google Form option please make sure to leave us your email address on this form. We realize that summer can get busy and want to make reading fun, not a chore. If you miss a day or two of reading it's ok. Set a daily goal that is comfortable for you and your family and remember to have fun.
