Dear Coaches and Program Directors,

Please use this form to nominate your 14U players that will be graduating from your youth program for the All- Star Game. Players will be selected by a committee of current youth coaches. The games will be played, Sunday May 19th at Monte Vista High School. You may nominate a coach or yourself to be considered as a coach for the All Star Game.

COACHES:

All NOMNATIONS are due no later than April 20th
Teams will be selected April 25th

Players should meet the following criteria:

Be graduating the youth program and no longer 14U eligible for spring 2025 season
Be player of outstanding caliber, worthy of the title of All-Star 
Be a person of high moral character and leader among their peers
Meet all the academic requirements to pr promoted to the next grade level from their respected school

Please limit nominations to no more than 5 per team.
