2024 Worship Arts Camp Registration

Worship Arts Camp is a camp focused on teaching about God through visual art, music, movement, singing, instruments, and more! This camp is open to children who have COMPLETED Kindergarten-5th grade in the 2023-2024 school year. There is a $15.00 registration fee that will cover a camp shirt as well as daily lunch and snacks. All family and friends will be invited to an Art and Performance Showcase on Friday, July 19th at 2:00 pm. We would also like to invite all campers and family to our 9 am Contemporary Worship Service as the children will be performing one to two pieces from their performance! If you have more than one camper, please complete SEPARATE registrations for EACH camper.

PARENTS AND CAMPERS PLEDGE

We understand that for every camper to have the best experience, it is important that everyone attending Worship Arts Camp participates fully and with a good spirit. Therefore, we agree to the following pledge, as shown by our signatures.

CAMPER-

1.) I will participate fully in each activity.

2.) I will show respect for Instructors, Leaders, Counselors, other campers, and myself.

3.) I will show respect for the Perdido Bay United Methodist buildings and camp materials around me.

Should there be any misunderstanding between myself and another camper, I will first try to work it out with that person. If I need help, I will talk to a camp counselor or leader.

If I am unable or unwilling to participate in a safe and constructive manner, my parents/guardians and I fully understand that the parents/guardians will be contacted, and I will be sent home from Worship Arts Camp. Worship Arts Camp will not be able to refund the registration fee if I should be sent home for reasons of non-compliance, disruptive, and/or unsafe behavior.

Medical Emergency Acknowledgement-

I, parent/guardian, acknowledge that in the event of an emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as quickly as possible. If it is an emergency, the leaders of Worship Arts Camp are authorized to take necessary measures (CPR, Call 911). I further release Perdido Bay UMC and its affiliates, employees and agents from any and all negligence or other claims resulting from my child’s participation. I further understand that Perdido Bay UMC does not provide medical insurance coverage for my child and that any medical expenses incurred will be paid by either my own medical insurance or myself.
