Second Semester Final Grade Selection
Please complete this form so that final grade selections can be revised and reflected on your student's transcripts.  This form should be completed by June 28, 2020.  If you have any questions, email tjworrell@northeastacademy.org to schedule a time to discuss.  The steps to this process are:

Second Semester Final  Grade Choice Process
1.   Review your child’s report. It was mailed to home addresses on June 16, 2020.
2.   Complete the google form by June 28, 2020.  Be sure to complete all required sections
3.   If you have questions or concerns contact T.J. Worrell, principal, to schedule a time to discuss the grade selection process.
