Legacy Builders Academy Church Cover Re-enrollment Form

You can begin homeschooling your student(s) at any point during the enrollment process.

Alabama does not have a separate homeschool law. We function under the church school provisions in the Alabama Code. According to Alabama Code 16-28-1, you must select one of the THREE legal ways to educate outside the public school system. For church school enrollment, it is the parent’s responsibility to file a Church School Enrollment Form with the local school superintendent. Legacy Builders Academy highly suggests that parents send this form by certified mail and keep copies and receipts with other important papers. (see Enrollment Forms).

Please be aware that Legacy Builders Academy does not provide books, curriculum or online courses - that responsibility is the parents/guardian.

Follow these steps to begin enrollment:

You will receive the enrollment forms back by email (signed by a Legacy Builders Academy Administrator). A welcome letter will accompany the enrollment forms.
