Application for clubs for the full term - the form will be made available until 2pm Thursday 3rd September 2020.

Breakfast club (7.30am drop off) and after school wrap around care is available for children in Reception - Year 6. If your child is part of our nursery you will be required to register on a different form supplied by the Nursery Manager.

 Children in after school care who have selected to stay up until 6pm will eat tea at 5pm.

Please check details below for the age limit on the teacher led activity clubs. We operate on a first come first served basis.

*COLLECTION*

After school teacher led activity clubs run from 4.00 - 5.00pm. Children will have run around and a snack between 3.30-4.00pm before their chosen club commences. Children will be dismissed from the side gate by the club teacher at 5.00pm.

Children attending the after school care  should be collected from the front door and dismissed by the member of staff on duty. Parents MUST sign their children out in the register to ensure the correct charge is applied.

*DATES*

Teacher led clubs will commence on Monday 7th September and end week beginning Monday 30th November - 11 sessions in total.

Breakfast club and after school wrap around care operates throughout the term starting on Monday 7th September. After school care will not run on the last day of the Autumn Term (11th December).

*PAYMENT*

Payment for all clubs is processed through your child's School Money account.

Teacher led clubs are for the full term and a payment request will be sent out prior to the clubs first session. Payment will be for the entire term, a refund will not be provided if you wish to cancel the club during the term.

Breakfast club payment is weekly and a request for the week will be sent out every Friday.
After school care payment is weekly and a request for the previous week will be sent out every Monday.

If you later wish to cancel breakfast club and/or after school care please email the school office before 2pm to avoid being charged for the missed session.

*CLUBS - INVITATION ONLY*

These clubs will run slightly differently. If your child is chosen to attend a club you will receive a separate e-mail confirming details of the club (Sports Squad and Drama). Those children who attended the club in the Spring Term 2020 will continue into the Autumn Term 2020 (unless you've been told otherwise).
