Qn: How do I activate my UglyFood membership card?
Ans: Present your newly received card in our store to activate

Qn: What is the difference between Issue date and Activation date?
Ans: Issue date is the date your card is officially issued to you by us and you can present that card to us for activation.
The activation date is the date your card performs its first transaction with us

Qn: How do I apply for the card?
Ans: Simply fill up this google form here and give us 3 working days to process your order. A E-card would be ready for you within 3 working days.

Qn: What do I do if I want to send this card as a gift to a friend?
Ans: There will be an option in the google form where u can indicate if you would want it to be sent to your friend as a gift. Simply provide us with your friend's valid email address and it would be ready for him/her within 3 working days. An email will also be sent to you to notify you when we have sent the card.

Qn: When does the card expire?
Ans: it will expire one year from your last top up. Simply renew your card by topping up a minimum of $10 in value which can be used for spending.

Qn: Is there renewal fees?
Ans: No, there is no renewal fees. Your card is automatically renewed to be valid a year every time you top up your card. For example, you activated your card on 1st April 2020, last topped up your card on 1st October 2020. Your current expiry date will be 1st October 2021.
