Congratulations on a successful Bike to School Week! A BIG thank you for championing the event at your school. This survey is incredibly important for us to track if the event is successful. It is essential to ensuring we get funding for the event and that we can continue to deliver this event in future years. Our goal is for 60 schools to complete the survey, so every response counts!

The deadline to submit this survey is Friday, June 10th.

(This survey is also essential for us to determine which schools will win prizes - we can't award you a prize if we don't know how many students participated or how many trips were recorded!

By responding to this survey, you will be entered to win entered for a prize draw, including $50 gift cards to SportChek, Let's Go Biking E-Books or two passes to Scandinave Spa.
