Membership Form 2021-22
In order for us to comply with BIS regulations we require to hold up to date records on all club skaters.  We ask that you fill in all information on this form and let us know if there are any changes throughout the year; e.g. change of level, coach or medical conditions.

Once the form has been filled in a membership fee of £15 is required for each skater which should be bank transferred to:-

An email will then be sent confirming the selected level of package that you/your skater has opted for so that a standing order can be set up for the 1st of each month thereafter.

Please note:- Now that our membership is increasing we are introducing a three month trial period for skaters who haven't worked through Skate UK levels with Magnum Figure Skating Club.  Once this trial period is completed a membership fee of £15 for the year will be required (this will be reduced if joining later in the year).  Our membership year runs from November till the end of October.
