Latvijas Mazpulki (Latvian 4-H) is looking for 3 volunteers (18 – 30 years old) to join our organisation in Riga, Latvia, for 8 months starting 1st October 2020 and lasting until 31st of May 2021! Dates are flexible.
This is a call for European Union countries only! Priority to FRENCH, ITALIAN and PORTUGUESE as those were countries chosen in the application.
EU citizens only (no funding for visas included)!

The main goals and aims of this project are:
· To promote and strengthen the values that our NGO holds - (well - done job, comprehension about democracy, clean and tidy environment in our country), by providing better publicity of our projects and events with the help of ESC volunteers;
· To provide comprehension and cooperation between people of different nationalities of the EU countries;
· To enhance the youth mobility by giving options to young people from different countries to participate in our organization’s daily life and become significant members of it;
· To promote healthy and active lifestyle among young people;
· To provide opportunities for the volunteers to develop their skills and broaden their knowledge on various topics. That way also helping them to find their best qualities and use them.
· To distribute our NGO’s experience and knowledge related to youth work, environment protection and rural development to our ESC volunteers so that they can use this knowledge when they return to their countries.
Latvian 4-H is one of the largest children's and youth organizations in Latvia, with approximately 1,600 members in all the planning regions in all 130 clubs.
The aims of the organisation are:
- to promote the full development of personality by helping young people to prepare themselves for independent work life and integration into a rapidly changing society;
- involve young people in shaping a harmonious, clean environment and promoting balanced development in their parish, city, state;
- Promote young people's initiative and participation in decision-making and public life.
Annually there are around 50 events per year – camps, conferences, seminars, forums and other activities.
