Carefully read each of the following terms. Initial each item in the space provided. When finished, sign and date the contract.

College Board Advanced Placement courses are considered electives for our students, although they can fulfill a graduation requirement.  Students must be fully prepared to take on the rigor of college level curriculum. AP courses are not suitable for every student. Students taking an Advanced Placement course solely because it looks good on a high school transcript or because it may improve their GPA should fully understand the impact of this decision. College Board Advanced Placement courses provide college level studies for high school students who desire and are ready for college level work while still carrying a full time high school course load.
