DC Premier League - Team Application Form
The DC Premier League is a premium, affiliated 11v11 league. It features ten 90 minutes matches, 3 USSF certified referees, and an elite level of competition.

All games are played on Saturday's for Women's Divisions.

The DCPL currently features one division with limited space for new, participating teams. Expansion of divisions is possible, pending enough interest.

We are the only high level league in the DC metro area which feature games played exclusively on fields in the District, fees which are inclusive of referee payment (no cash on fields) and seasons which are fully scheduled in advance. All matches are played on Saturdays.

Prospective teams are expected to feature players who have played at a semi-professional, collegiate, or comparable amateur level of soccer.

Has your team previously participated in any DC-area leagues? If so, which one(s) and in what division(s)? *
Does your team have a large enough roster to consistently field a high level squad? Most teams carry rosters of at least 20 regular players, and at least 8 reliable substitutes. *
Do you understand the cost to participate in the DC Premier League? League fees, depending on the season, can be as much as $2500 for the 8 game season. Please note: Our team pricing includes the cost of referees, unlike in other area programs. *
I understand that my team will need to provide two different sets of numbered jerseys for game play. *
